There’s also been instances where I’ve repurposed already made artworks into posters, leaflets or more album covers.
DAKS-MELLY TOUR.
The name “MELLY” is inspired by the rap artist YNW Melly. While not an illustration of him I felt as though the name would resonate well with the aesthetic I was aiming for.
DaTopic-WOAH.
Since DreDaTopic had already released a song titled “WOAH” I decided to make a retro video game style poster for a hypothetical live performance of it.
WOAH.
The text was made quite simply using a default font, strokes and well blended layering.
